Hairburst's subscription model is based on an upfront commitment of either 1,3 or 6 months with auto-renewal thereafter. You will be charged the date your box is due, so if you sign up today, you will pay for one box now, then second box in either 1, 3 or 6 months time (depending on your subscription plan). After your first subscription has been received you can cancel at any time. If we do not receive payment (for example the card is declined or expired), then we will not ship your order but you will be notified via email of this five days in advance to prevent this from not being sent. You can cancel your subscription fuss free at any time. However, if your subscription has already been shipped then the usual refund and returns policy applies and we may not be able to process your cancellation if the box has already been shipped. You will be sent a notification five days prior to your next subscription being sent, this gives you the opportunity to make any needed changes in advance as on the day this is due, the team will not be able to make any changes to your subscription. We require a minimum of 48 hour notice for cancellations. The support team hold no responsibilty in your subscription being sent still if you have not contacted us within the required time. Depending on the subscription purchased, the cost will be taken either every month, three months or 6 months and you will receive your first subscription between 3-5 working days from placing the order.
Your next payment will be taken automatically either every 1, 3 or months thereafter depending on your plan.
You can opt out of auto-renewal and cancel your following subscription at any point in your online account, or by contacting the team at support@hairburst.com.
